A binding sale arises only when we accept your order in writing (including by email) and any agreed deposit or payment terms are met. Incoterms®, delivery points, and risk transfer are as stated in the applicable contract or invoice.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, prices are in the currency stated on our invoice, exclusive of taxes, duties, freight, and insurance. You are responsible for import licenses, customs clearance, and local taxes in your country.

Our products may be subject to export controls, sanctions, and trade restrictions in China and in your jurisdiction. You represent that you will not use, resell, or re-export products in violation of applicable laws. You are solely responsible for determining whether products suit your application and meet safety, emissions, and homologation requirements where you operate.

Trademarks, logos, product photography, site design, text layout, and other content on this website are owned by Hualing or used under license. OEM numbers and references to third-party engine or vehicle brands are used to identify applications only; ownership of those marks remains with their respective owners. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

You agree not to misuse the website: no unlawful activity, no attempts to breach security, no automated scraping that degrades our systems, no transmission of malware, and no use of our inquiry tools to send spam or fraudulent requests.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the website shall be submitted to the competent people’s court in Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province, China, unless mandatory law requires otherwise or the parties have agreed in a separate contract to arbitration or another forum.
